Signarama Kannapolis is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to be the face of our Kannapolis store across Kannapolis, Concord, Harrisburg, Salisbury, and Mooresville. If you enjoy meeting people and growing a business, this role is for you.

You’ll earn a $30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, 10% of gross profit, rising to 15% after monthly sales reach $20,000, plus a $100 bonus for every new business customer. Top performers earn $80,000+.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic; comfortable approaching businesses.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales experience preferred (B2B, outside sales, printing, promo).

Responsabilités

• Prospect daily in your territory through face-to-face visits.
• Learn customer goals, brand, timeline, and budget; recommend sign solutions.
• Present quotes, ask for orders, and collect deposits.
• Keep all leads and quotes up to date in the customer system.
• Coordinate with design/production for on-time delivery.
• Represent Signarama Kannapolis at networking events.
• Seek referrals and reviews from satisfied customers.
