Signarama Kannapolis is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to be the face of our store in Kannapolis, Concord, Harrisburg, Salisbury, and Mooresville. You will prospect daily, present quotes with 3D mockups, and grow the local customer base.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a typical first-year range from $30,000 to $60,000 and top performers earning $80,000+. Training starts immediately and includes ongoing coaching.

Formación

• Outgoing, energetic and able to start conversations with business owners.
• Strong work ethic and practical problem solving.
• Confident asking for the order and discussing payment terms.
• Professional appearance and conduct in business settings.
• Motivated by high earnings potential and performance-based pay.
• Sales experience in B2B, outside sales, printing, promos, uniforms, copiers, advertising, or retail preferred.
• Organized and comfortable using a phone, tablet, and simple software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect every day with face-to-face visits in your territory.
• Learn each customer’s goals, brand, timeline, and budget, and recommend sign solutions.
• Present quotes, request the order, and collect deposits.
• Keep all leads, contacts, and quotes up to date in our customer system.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Attend networking events and represent Signarama in the community.
• Seek referrals and reviews from happy customers.
