Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to provide customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. You will conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech deliveries, driving sales through uncapped commissions and strong relationship building.

Expected schedule includes evenings and weekends with a company vehicle provided. Training is paid, and ongoing coaching supports you to excel in a field-based, independent role across multiple South Carolina locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers' homes.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery/resolution.
• Engage daily with existing customers and warm prospects provided by AT&T.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to drive sales and meet targets.
