AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in the customer’s home across Michigan locations such as Pontiac, Rochester Hills, and Royal Oak. You’ll work independently, deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and bring the latest technology to customers while achieving sales goals.

Earn uncapped commissions with a base salary ranging from $61,600 to $100,000, depending on geography and experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check including drug screening and motor vehicle record required.

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
