AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes across Indiana. You will drive, demo products, assess Wi‑Fi, and resolve issues to keep customers connected, with uncapped commissions and a path to top earnings up to $100,000.

New reps earn $61,600–$100,000 inclusive of salary and commission. Starting pay depends on geography and experience; performance affects earnings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Kick things off with paid training – setting you up for success to work independently in the field.
• Connect with our existing customers daily. AT&T will provide scheduled appointments.
• Use strong negotiation and communications skills – you know how to make a smooth pivot, and are highly motivated to get it right and make the sale.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
