Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Spring, TX to drive sales growth and brand presence for Danone within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising tasks, and build strong relationships to deliver a positive customer experience in a field-based role.

The position emphasizes achieving dynamic sales targets, increasing product distribution, supporting promotions, and reporting results.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores in a territory and have reliable transportation.
• Experience in outside sales, CPG, retail, or territory/route sales & merchandising preferred.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting and merchandising CPG products within a territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, store personnel, and clients.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and launches.
• Report store issues, competition, and market trends to management.
