Job summary

Avantor is hiring a Sales Specialist for an Analytical Chemistry team, covering TX, AR, KY, LA, MS, OK, TN, with a focus on field-based accounts in the South-Central region. You will plan territory, qualify opportunities, and close business by delivering client solutions that enable breakthroughs.

You should have a Chemistry degree and 3+ years chromatography experience, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years chromatography experience.
• Firm understanding of analytical chemistry marketplace (HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, FPLC, spectroscopy, ICP).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with field and inside sales to close deals.
• Travel throughout the South-Central region and engage customers on site.
