Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry required.
• Minimum 3 years chromatography experience.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry instruments (HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, FPLC, spectroscopy, ICP, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations 5 days/week; travel within the South-Central U.S.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage territory sales for TX, AR, KY, LA, MS, OK, TN.
• Qualify opportunities and close business with client-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with matrixed sales, marketing and portfolio teams.
• Travel to customer locations, promote Avantor capabilities and service.
