NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with small business owners in local markets. This role focuses on in-person prospecting, delivering a concise sales presentation, and converting interest into membership with speed and integrity.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present NFIB's message clearly and convincingly.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
