Job summary

Maxim Crane is seeking a Sales Representative to independently manage existing customers and pursue new opportunities in the local market. You will conduct regular site visits, present capabilities, and coordinate planning meetings with branch leadership to ensure seamless service.

You will prepare bids, advise on crane types and lift plans, and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Frequent local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in equipment rental or construction.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
• Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers to explain Maxim's capabilities.
• Establishes and maintains local customer relationships with seamless service.
• Coordinates office and site visits with Branch Manager or RSMD.
• Prepares bids and provides technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
• Advises on asset availability by timeframe and location.
• Provides crane lift plans and resolves customer issues.
• Acts as liaison between customer and Maxim Crane.
