Job summary

Pursuit is partnering with a rapidly growing home services company to hire a Field Sales Representative in Jacksonville. You will build a territory from the ground up, establish relationships with homeowners and local businesses, and close both residential and commercial deals.

Expect an entrepreneurial sales role with on-site visits, an uncapped commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) with match, and a company-provided vehicle,

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of proven sales experience in outside sales or business development.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and closing sales.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services strongly preferred.
• Outbound B2B sales experience in other industries also considered.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
• Develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, property managers, and local businesses.
• Conduct on-site customer visits, identify needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close residential and commercial sales.
• Identify creative ways to generate leads and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the Jacksonville territory.

• Comfortable prospecting and building a customer base from scratch.
• Valid driver's license.
