Janney Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Jacksonville, FL team! In this role, you'll help homeowners protect and improve their homes while earning uncapped commission potential and making a meaningful impact in your community. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and ready to take your sales career to the next level.

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average Year 1 earnings range between $85,000-$100,000. Average Year 2 earnings of $100,000+/year. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

THE CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience selling windows in addition to other exterior products
• Ability to obtain and maintain required local solicitation permits
• Good driving record
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to safely climb ladders, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willingness and ability to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

You’ll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additional hours as needed.
