Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic field salesperson to represent our residential internet services across the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents face-to-face, present solutions, and sign customers up for service.

This role features a base salary of about $38,778.69 per year plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $95,000. The position requires a valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Face-to-face sales experience a plus; field-based role requires outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and other sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and convert to sign-ups.
• Understand property needs and articulate tailored service solutions.
• Distribute marketing material and support campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service levels to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
