Job summary

Astound is seeking motivated residential outside sales representatives to cover the Greater Maryland area. You will start with a base salary of $38,779 annually and have uncapped commissions, creating the potential to exceed six figures with strong performance.

You’ll engage in face-to-face meetings with residents, property management groups, and referrals to secure new customers, while representing a top-tier internet provider focused on excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor sales environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions in the Greater Maryland area.
• Pursue leads provided daily with an aggressive mindset.
• Understand property specifics and contract language to provide accurate quotes.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales stats accurately to management and attend mandatory meetings.
