True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Tolleson, AZ to meet with business owners, present voluntary and group benefit packages, guide decisions, and steadily grow a personal book of business through trust and top-tier service.

You'll leverage CRM tools to track activity, collaborate with a high-performing team, and access comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, performance-based trips, stock share bonuses, and paths into leadership or territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Love people and enjoy solving problems
• Are currently licensed or willing to get licensed (Health & Life) within your first 90 days—we reimburse the fees and support your preparation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage
