Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Peoria, AZ. This role involves meeting with business owners, presenting supplemental insurance options, and building a lasting client base in a defined territory.

You will train from day one, receive uncapped bonuses and commissions, and use CRM tools to track activities. A health and life license is expected within 90 days, with reimbursement support provided.

Qualifications

• This role requires current licensing or willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Outside sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to present to groups and engage business owners.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers to discuss plans.
• Present benefit packages to employee groups and individuals.
• Guide customers in selecting insurance plans that fit their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business in the territory.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and performance.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and participate in training.
