Qualifications

• College degree not required; willingness to learn and build a sales career.
• 1–2 years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related fields.
• Military experience is valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within assigned territory by closing sales, achieving targets, and building a client base.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by selling payroll, tax, HR, benefits and other ADP solutions to decision-makers.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by expanding within existing accounts and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, upholding high ethical standards.
