Job summary

General Mills in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive in-store execution, merchandising, and distribution across a defined territory. You will lead field selling for 70% of the time, supported by analytics, and ensure operational excellence while building strong partnerships with key store decision makers.

Qualifications

• Must live in 15-mile radius of the Lake Worth Beach or Delray Beach, FL areas or willing to self-relocate within 30 days of start
• Passion to sell/represent General Mills and our top consumer food brands
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Relevant work experience with a High School Diploma/equivalent
• Proficient ability to use tablets (i.e. iPad) and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external partners
• Strong problem-solving, analytic, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence
