This field-based role focuses on building long-term partnerships with production home builders and suppliers of building materials, millwork, cabinets, flooring, and related products.

You will visit sites and offices, coordinate with project teams, and provide responsive service to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience.
• Experience selling to residential home builders or related construction industries.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes and project schedules.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builder accounts and deliver excellent service.
• Visit builder communities, construction sites, and offices across the Phoenix market.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout sales and project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with purchasing, superintendents, project managers, and field personnel.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts with additional products and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, scheduling, and installation teams to ensure project success.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold quality and customer satisfaction.
