C & J Staffing Solutions LLC is a growing construction staffing agency seeking a Sales Representative with deep Phoenix market connections to expand our GC and licensed trades relationships. You will identify client labor needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions, partnering with recruiting to ensure timely placements and repeat business.

• 5+ years of construction-related sales experience.
• Established relationships with Phoenix-area GCs and/or licensed trades.

• Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
