Qualifications

• 5 years in outside sales selling power transmission and automation products.
• Proven success meeting sales goals and growing accounts.
• Strong selling strategies, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter, team player, and able to manage priorities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and distribution software.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual forecast and territory plan with specific goals.
• Grow existing accounts and generate new business through sales calls.
• Utilize CRM to track activity, pipeline, and opportunities.
• Assist pricing decisions to maximize gross margin and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with branch and vendor reps; attend meetings as required.
• Present a professional image and report on time.
