Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for the PNS portfolio in the Jacksonville, FL area. You will build physician and hospital relationships, manage territory plans, and drive SPR exposure through rounds, journal clubs, and presentations.

The role requires 6+ years of relevant sales/clinical experience (or relevant degree equivalents) in medical devices or life sciences, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and market development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates degree with 4+ years relevant experience in medical device or life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant experience in medical device or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to meet sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop professionally through product knowledge, territory development, and clinical understanding.
• Track contacts, activity and follow-up using CRM systems.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and sponsor events; support presentations.
• Collaborate with surgeons to increase SPR exposure and case volume.
• Identify additional target hospitals and physicians within territory; train staff and surgeons.
