Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for the PNS portion of SPR in the San Antonio area, TX. You will work with surgeons and hospital staff to meet sales goals and grow the territory through physician relationships and clinical knowledge.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, reimbursement awareness, and multi-site hospital engagement to deliver patient-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Required: 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates degree holders: 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree holders: 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate hospital product approvals and referrals within territory.
