Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plan to establish and achieve the territory’s sales objectives.
• Establish and foster a customer centric culture by building relationships with physicians and other hospital stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in product approvals processes, territory development, and clinical knowledge to drive results.
• Contribute ideas to the team and share best practices.
• Utilize computer-based customer/account management systems to track contacts, activity and follow up.
• Complete timely activity reports and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews as requested.
• Assist with trade show exhibits and attend periodic company sponsored sales meetings.
• Work with surgeons to increase exposure through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal club meetings and poster presentations.
• Identify cases for case studies, white papers and video library additions.
• Maintain compliance with RepTrax and third-party accreditation requirements to access target accounts.
• Coordinate and assist with project team activities as assigned.
