Job summary

Medtronic plc in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Sales Representative for the SPR PNS System within the Neuromodulation portfolio. This field-based role covers Green Bay and surrounding hospitals.

You will work with surgeons and hospital staff to meet territory sales goals and expand case coverage. The position requires strong relationships with physicians, clinical knowledge, and expertise in reimbursement discussions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or
• Associates Degree with 4+ years in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM to track contacts, activity and follow up.
• Attend trade shows and company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Assist with training surgeons and hospital staff.
• Coordinate hospital product approval processes and target account development.
