Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in the Chicago area to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, working with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager to convert opportunities into revenue in a fast sales cycle.

During training you’ll ride with leadership and then run face-to-face or phone appointments, using Salesforce for lead generation, client analysis,

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce) with call notes and contact info.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
• Keep knowledge of product portfolio current and develop industry awareness.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
