Job summary

ATCO STRUCTURES USA INC. seeks a Director of Project Management and Construction in Spring, TX to lead the safe, profitable execution of modular projects from award to closeout. You will oversee design-build portfolios and coordinate with clients, sales, and operations to drive successful outcomes.

Lead a team of approximately four to six Project Managers, align resources, manage budgets, and ensure performance with strict schedules. Heavy travel and executive communication are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive project management and construction delivery experience.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership with PMs and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects from handoff through closeout with accountability.
• Direct portfolio of modular, design-build, and purchased projects.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and procurement are defined and owned.
• Develop recovery plans and escalate when executive support is needed.
• Coach and develop 4–6 Project Managers and field leaders.
