Core-Mark is recruiting a Sales Representative to oversee a local territory (Monroe, LA). The role focuses on growing sales with a mix of existing customers and new business, leveraging our food service and convenience programs.

The position emphasizes meeting revenue goals through strategic account management and strong relationship building. The ideal candidate will close sales, manage time efficiently, and maintain knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends.

Qualifications

• Proven success with closing sales for a variety of product lines within B2B.
• 2+ years of sales, account management or business development experience.
• General knowledge of food safety standards incl. HACCP and Serv-Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and margins through territory management and tailored customer strategy.
• Prospect and onboard new customer accounts; build a strong pipeline.
• Educate customers on convenience and foodservice programs and promotions.
• Review reports with store managers and identify opportunities to improve sales.
