Job summary

Spectrum, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and represent our high‑speed data and communication solutions through face‑to‑face interactions. You will visit residential leads, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored proposals to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

The role is field‑oriented with about 90% outdoor work, occasional evenings/weekends, and a base salary plus lucrative incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
