Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is recruiting a motivated Sales Representative to expand our commercial tire and fleet solutions business. This field-based role emphasizes in-person customer engagement, building relationships, and closing opportunities within an assigned territory.

You will manage existing accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with store operations to meet sales targets and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of outside/B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel daily within a territory.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial fleet and business customers through daily in-person visits.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and territory development activities.
• Build relationships with fleet managers, business owners, maintenance managers, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Maintain consistent sales activity and follow-up to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
