Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Sales Representative to grow independent retail accounts and drive sales of supplier brands through planning, selling, and communication. A car to visit customers’ locations is required in this fast-paced, family-style culture.

You will work to achieve merchandising and revenue goals, manage inventory with oversight, train staff on priority brands, and handle credits/returns while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and visits daily routes to optimize coverage.
• Delivers professional sales presentations and product placements.
• Maintains inventory and restocks shelves where allowed.
• Educates staff on priority brands; handles credits/returns.
• Delivers excellent customer service and resolves issues.
