Job summary

Auris is seeking a Field Sales Representative to prospect, run presentations in person or over the phone with small to mid-sized merchants, and close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager.

During training you will use Atlas CRM for lead generation and paperless contracts, then set your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals from the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records in the CRM (Atlas)
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments
• Develop knowledge of product portfolio and industry changes
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership
