Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses. Auris is hiring a Field Sales Representative to prospect and present our payroll solutions to merchants in a fast sales cycle, with a focus on closing deals.

You will train with senior managers, then set your own schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity. Atlas CRM will be used for lead generation, on-the-spot financial analysis, and paperless contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Able to work in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain CRM records in Atlas (and CRM system).
• Achieve minimum production requirements to secure a WIN.
• Continuously build knowledge of product/service portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
