Job summary

Auris is seeking a Field Sales Representative to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM to generate leads, present value, and close deals in a fast cycle.

During training, you will be paired with a PDM/PTM to learn the short-cycle sales process, then operate with a 100% commission model and residuals on your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience in B2B sales or field sales preferred.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work in the field ~50% of the time and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas).
• Meet minimum production requirements and close sales.
• Develop knowledge of Auris product/service portfolio and industry changes.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
