Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring for an ADE - WA to recruit local businesses into the Hub delivery partner program in Bremerton, WA. You'll visit prospects, pitch the program, guide applications, and drive referrals with community partners. Travel up to two hours daily and earn commission as you grow the network.

You're expected to manage lead activity in Salesforce and support events with the Field Manager, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high urgency and detail.

Job Title: ADE - WAJob Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in your area. As part of this position, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. This role requires travel (up to two hours driving distance) and offers the chance to earn commission.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 1.5 hours driving distance).

• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.

• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, manage lead activity, and oversee the pipeline in Salesforce.

• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.

• Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

• Import Excel spreadsheets and enter activity into Salesforce weekly.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences.

• Outside/Field Sales experience required.

• CRM Experience Required, preferably Salesforce.

• Account management skills.

• Tech Savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.

Work Environment

Candidates must be located near Bremerton, WA, with the expectation of working five days a week in the field. The role involves building community partnerships with small businesses and requires close proximity to the Bremerton area. Mileage is compensated at .725 cents per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense is provided. Eligible for 2 weeks of PTO accrual after a 6-month successful performance review.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
