True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage with small business owners in the field, present supplemental insurance options to employee groups, and build lasting relationships through trusted service.

You will be meeting face-to-face, expanding your personal book of business, and utilizing CRM tools. The role includes training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for leadership or territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or willing to get licensed (Health & Life) within first 90 days; company reimburses fees.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for groups and individuals.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and performance.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and participate in training.
