True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join a fast-moving, goal-driven team. You’ll meet with small business owners in person, present benefit packages, and help clients choose plans that fit their needs.

This role trains on day one and builds a personal book of business, using our CRM to track activity. Expect uncapped commissions and a clear path to leadership as you grow with the company.

Qualifikationen

• Must currently hold Health & Life license or be willing to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record in outside sales.
• Ability to develop and maintain a personal book of business.
