You will receive Day-One training, weekly draw pay with uncapped bonuses and commissions, and opportunities for leadership and territory expansion. Expect to leverage CRM tools to track activity and grow a dynamic client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage
