True North Group LLC is looking for a Field Sales Representative to engage with small business owners, present employee benefit packages, and guide clients in selecting plans that fit their needs. You’ll build a personal book of business and use our CRM to track activity.

Qualifications

• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; fees reimbursed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and organized.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and meeting with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Present benefit packages to employee groups.
• Guide individuals in selecting plans that meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and performance.
