Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover a territory and meet face-to-face with business owners. You will present supplemental insurance options to employee groups, guide clients to suitable plans, and grow a personal book of business.

You’ll use our CRM to track activity, work with a motivated team, and participate in ongoing training with strong earning potential from commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Licensing for Health & Life within 90 days will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and performance.
• Work with a high-performing team that trains together and wins together.
