Astound in Maryland is seeking a dynamic door-to-door residential sales representative to grow our local customer base. You’ll visit homes, discuss service needs, present quotes, and sign-up new customers in a fast-paced field role.

A base salary plus uncapped commissions drives strong earning potential. You’ll thrive on outdoor, face-to-face interactions, work with a supportive team, and qualify for comprehensive benefits as a regular full-time employee.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and understand property contracts.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review and understand property contract language and service levels.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay up to date with competitor activity in the market.
