Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic field-based sales professional to cover the Greater Maryland area with a focus on door-to-door residential outreach. You will start with a base salary of $38,778.69 annually and have uncapped commissions with total on-target earnings up to $95,000.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property-specific elements within the portfolio and explain service options.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Report sales statistics to management accurately and promptly.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay informed on market competition.
