Astound is seeking a field-based residential sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will engage residents and property managers face-to-face to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up new customers.

The role features a base salary of $38,778.69 per year, with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures through strong performance, benefits, and a comprehensive compensation plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign-up orders.
• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and manage portfolio properties.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management and attend mandatory sales meetings.
