Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to build relationships with multifamily communities and drive subscriptions across our serviceable footprint in Michigan. You will work outdoors, meeting residents, property managers, and referrals, while managing a daily CRM update and a bi-weekly sales quota.

Base salary starts at $40,000 with uncapped commissions and on-target earnings up to $89,000. Strong performance can exceed six figures.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, preferably outdoors or field-based.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and property managers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate sales by building relationships and meeting a bi-weekly quota.
• Acquire new customers through face-to-face interaction with residents and managers.
• Pursue leads daily and convert to subscriptions.
• Understand property details and portfolio requirements.
• Distribute marketing material and boost Astound brand awareness.
• Onboard new buildings to drive subscriptions and CRM updates.
• Review property contracts and service levels.
• Identify customer needs and present solutions.
• Plan and execute multifamily resident events.
• Attend all mandatory sales meetings and report progress.
• Monitor competitor activity in your market.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
