WOW! is seeking a Residential Field Sales Representative to meet with customers in assigned Michigan neighborhoods, introduce broadband products, and build lasting relationships.

You’ll learn product details and sales processes through comprehensive training and coaching, while enjoying a structured path toward leadership roles within the organization. Base salary is $38,000 per year with uncapped commissions and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to drive in assigned territory.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and explain products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers in assigned territory and introduce products and services.
• Build relationships within local neighborhoods and communities.
• Educate customers on internet, broadband, and technology solutions.
• Participate in community events and local outreach activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
