Job summary

Astound is actively seeking a direct sales representative to drive residential new-customer sign-ups in multiple markets. You will operate in door-to-door settings, communicating value, handling quotes, and closing sign-ups in a fast-paced field role.

Base salary is provided with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. You will join a support-focused team with extensive training and ongoing mentoring, aimed at achieving strong start-up results and career growth.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, challenging environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and refs.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels and obligations for portfolio properties.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Stay up to date with competitor activity in your market.
