Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads daily and develop territory opportunities.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and customer needs.
• Present quotes and sign-up orders to residents and management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
