Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic direct sales professional for residential field roles. You will visit homes, engage residents and property managers, and translate needs into service sign-ups while building Astound brand awareness in assigned territories.

The role emphasizes outdoor field work, a base salary with uncapped commissions, and the potential to exceed six figures with strong performance. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Meet daily leads and pursue opportunities with persistent effort.
• Present and explain service plans; sign up customers.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Adhere to property contract language, service levels, and obligations.
• Attend sales meetings and report progress to management.
