Job summary

Astound is recruiting for a residential direct sales role with a strong emphasis on face-to-face customer engagement. You will work outdoors, build relationships with residents and property managers, and drive sign-ups for our fiber services.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to reach six-figure earnings for top performers, with comprehensive company benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is valued.
• Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads provided daily and understand property needs.
• Distribute marketing material and support strategic campaigns.
• Review property contracts and articulate service solutions to customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed on market competition and maintain territory knowledge.
