Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face visits at residences, property management groups, and referrals.
• Pursue leads provided daily and present service options with quotes.
• Understand property contracts, services, and obligations; articulate customer needs.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and protect territory.
